update on baby Catherine!!!

My cousin's 1-year old daughter is home with her family, following her successful surgery to close a hole in her heart. Pray that her older brother will not rough-house with her as her stitches heal, and that her heart will be healthy from this point forward!

Hubby comes home tomorrow night!

travel update

the happy mcfamily has arrived in michigan safely. please continue to pray for the family as they mourn the death of their loved one (comic guy's great-grandma, who was 101.) juliana handled the long ride very well.

My little sis and her family are on blogger! She said it'll probably be a while before she has it the way she wants.

Also, I just want to thank the Lord that they are ok. They were hit by a semi on the interstate last night as they drove home from eating out for bil's birthday. No injuries, except to the car, miraculously... pray that the insurance company counts the car as totalled, though, because the damage is a ton and the car won't be the same if they try to repair it.
