we saw our little sweet pea today. it's very small, but alive. the heart was beating well, and it measured 1.3 cm... right on track to arrive around august 21st.
we showed baby bear the picture:
"oh, how cute!" she exclaimed, planting a kiss on the printout of the ultrasound.
after reading steph's comment, i had to add this. a little while later i was looking at the picture and showed it to bear. "what's in the picture?" i asked her. "a fish!" she replied.
now if only i could get rid of this cough.

Woo-hoo! When Noelle saw baby sister-to-be Natalie, she was positive that Mama had a fish in her tummy and we could not convince her otherwise!! :) Soooo excited for you!
