impulse buy

we went to costco last week. we had our list so we wouldn't go overboard. guess who deviated from the list? if it were me, that would be no surprise. alas, it was dear hubby. you know, the one i not-so-lovingly refer to as receipt nazi when he gets on a roll. also the one who makes it possible for me to stay home with our little girl because he is wise with finances. his last impulse buy in my presence was a little bunny that has "i love daddy" embroidered on its tummy. that was before baby bear was born. this purchase? the "chocolates of the world" canister of yummy chocolates. i hope there are some left when my taste buds return. i'm sure they won't last until the holidays, as he tried to say when he picked them up at the store.
