a full night' sleep....
aaahhh. went to bed around 11, woke up around 7:45-ish. BIG improvement.
i've been contemplating the question of whether or not to get rid of the guest room when baby arrives or ust have the kiddos share the nursery. i'm leaning toward the latter, though the thought of disrupting baby bear's great sleeping habits does not excite me. however, considering i am planning to breastfeed, sweet pea will be in our room for a good while anyway, if all goes well. (and
hubby may need that guest bed for himself.) since our couches don't pull out, i just really hate the thought of reducing our accommodations for company. we happen to like having our family visit. especially after a baby is born when they help take care of me. :) and of course, there are all the lessons kids can learn from sharing a bedroom with a sibling.

Our girls will be sharing a room once the baby moves out of ours. I have no idea when that will be, probably be more dependant on when ALlison seems ready for a toddler bed than the baby.
A friend just moved her 6mo old in with her just 3 year old and the 3 year old really hasn't been bothered by the baby, still sleeping fine.
Another friend and I were commenting that somehow families all around the world manage to sleep in the same room so somehow it must work. Makes me nervous too!
My boys have shared a room since D.K. moved out of ours around 3 months or so! I wouldn't have it any other way ! I love to listen to them talking together after all the lights are out and everyone's settling for the night! They are best-friends!
