Gold's Gym is off the bad list

We mailed our packet of documentation showing we had gone through all the appropriate channels to request our membership freezes when baby bear was born and hubby was away. A kind customer service rep and I have been leaving messages back and forth, as their system showed no record of the freeze. Well, receipt nazi saved the day, and found everything we needed. CSR called this afternoon to let me know that our memberships will be good through the end of April, thanks to the proof we photocopied and mailed in. That's actually an extra month, but she apologized for the hassle and said we obviously had the paperwork she needed. She had tried to e-mail us, but for some reason, her messages didn't make it to our account. Go figure. Anyway, all's well that ends well. Now I have 3 more months to work toward looking ok in a swimsuit this summer... and by that time, the weather should be nice enough to take baby bear for walks outside, the playground, or the zoo.
