before we got to work this weekend......

as you can see, tech mom and dad already did a lot...

they tore out the old shrubs from in front of the house, planted perennials

and mulched the flower bed

out back:

the fish begged to be fed and said their water is getting cloudy

princess says she thinks that the back beds need fresh mulch and flowers, too...

(aren't the azaleas gorgeous?!!!)
