once upon a time...
i ordered a prenatal yoga video from amazon.
i actually watched and attempted to do the exercises on that video.
i felt good and relaxed after doing said exercises (when i did them without a 2 1/2 year old underfoot).
it's time to be able to remember when i last did those exercises...

Good luck with that. I can't remember when the last time was that I did my Pilates video.
I did it Thursday night... and slept great afterward!
