For the record, we didn't tell kids to say cheese at Sears. Although sometimes we did tell them to say "Fuzzy Pickles" or "Daddy has stinky feet!", which generally generated a giggly smile, lol.
In Mexico, they told people to say "whiskey"... of course, it's not spelled the same, but it got a laugh out of all the good Southern Baptist college students.
