Good friends

I am extremely blessed. I have girl friends. Oh, don't take that the wrong way. Hubby is my best friend, and I am thankful for him, too. But I have friends who I've known for years; who knew me when I wondered if I'd ever get a date, who witnessed the sparks that flew between hubby and me. We were diverse then, and our lives have taken different paths today, but somehow we've kept in touch and our friendships have deepened with time. Baby Bear and I ate lunch with a few of them today.

I am very, very thankful. What a great way to start the week!
