Good Morning!

In the top right corner, you can see a stunted lily.
I think I made it mad w hen I transplanted it,
and the other bulbs are apparentlyhaving stunts of sympathy.
They appear stuck at their present height.

Right now, it appears that the only blooms this season will be these two (I hope I am wrong):

Look what landed next to me (less than a foot away)
on the grass while I was shooting pictures:

My movement scared it away,
but fortunately I was able to get an even better shot:

If you look closely,
you can see the yellow "firecracker sparkles" in the glads.

Have a great day! I'm off to get my house semi-presentable... now that the flowers are watered and green-beans picked (Baby Bear held the bucket and exclaimed, "beans!" during the process, I have no excuse to play outside.

It flew away toward the back yard, and I didn't want to roll down the hill and break my neck or my camera in the process of chasing it. Nor did I want Bear to run into the street.

Thanks, Caslon. :-)
