hubby has gone back to the office today. he has to turn in some things, so he'll work from there instead of our "land of spare oom" . i wonder how long it will take before baby bear realizes he is not in the house today as he has been all week.

my parents stopped by yesterday afternoon. they had to see their oldest grandaughter at least once more before Christmas! mom commented how my house looks "lived in". at least she didn't say "neglected". later that night, we picked up the main room and vacuumed. as i type, i can hear baby bear redistributing the toys that were put away in the toy box (a value-pack diaper box).

it's time to get the gifts wrapped!
