the a/c is on the brink.

after dinner last night, it was up to 78 degrees. this morning, i had it set at 68 to see if it would go that low.. it made it to 71, which tells me the sound of the fan that i hear running is doing absolutely nothing. that is totally unacceptable for eskimo man, i mean, hubby. i am NOT cancelling our playdate plans tomorrow, so that means while i take bear to her 18 month checkup on Friday, hubby can stay home and wait for the a/c technician to give us an estimate. we'll just have to recruit all the extra hands at the doctors office to hold her still while she gets her shots. that'll be fun.

at least i slept well last night, because if the a/c is not fixed by this weekend, hubby will be very cranky.
